‘Unstoppable’ Nigeria will win the next Afcon despite missing 2022 World Cup

Despite failing to qualify for the 2022 World Cup, Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro feels his team remains the favorite to win the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations.Information Guide Nigeria

Nigeria was among the African football powerhouses that did not qualify for the recently concluded global championship in Qatar, where Morocco created history by becoming the first team from the continent to reach the semifinals.

Peseiro, who was in Qatar to observe the majority of the matches, believes the Super Eagles will be the team to beat in Ivory Coast.JAMB portal
